Metro Rod (Peterborough), Mick attended my site and cleared a blocked sewer pipe. Its was a really grim job with the most awful smell and Mick cleared! He even tidied up all the mess from the overflow. Highly recommend!

Brought to us after a blocked possible colapsed waste pipe, through our home insurance, they were great with communicatiuon were our home insurance company lacked. Chased quotes sent over for work, and through the helpful and friendly staff managed to fix our pipe all under budget and with a clear break down of work needing to be carried out. Swift and timely resolution and highly recomended.

Appoint for blocked drain arranged by home emergency cover. The Engineer who came out to visit us was extremely polite and friendly as well as very efficient. Drains unblocked and cleaned up in no time, all with friendly conversation and a smile. Great service!

We contacted the Telford office re our blocked drain and they attended promptly. Their engineer,Chris Croft quickly assessed our problem and very professionally sorted it out. No hesitation in recommending their services.

All of our upstairs was unusable on New Years Eve, called MetroRod and someone was out within 2 hours. However they might as well not have been. The bloke turned up with a tiny plunger, which done nothing, decided he couldn’t do anything so would remove all of the water from the toilets so that we could use the toilets ‘sparingly’ made a mess all over the bathroom floor, that he made no effort to clean up, then poured fairy liquids down all the drains with it coming up through the bathtub drain. £120 for no solution. He said the pipes must need to be jetted. Then they couldn’t get anyone out to us for another 4 days to sort it out. We rang another company as we obviously couldn’t live without toilets for 4 days!! They came the same day, charged less and was sorted in less than an hour. They said if the bloke had jetted the pipes he would have flooded the whole upstairs. I had to ring the company again that night as the fairy liquid the bloke had put down had caused a blockage for the sink to drain. The metrorod bloke should not be in this profession!!

He worked in a very professional manner ,, he did a very thorough job leaving no mess behind him and was polite at all times.. just now NEW The driver from this company scratched my car and drove off. I have called them and they refused the claim even after providing pictures. I will never use this company - very unprofessional!
