I wish you could put a zero star because that’s what you would get from me. I applied for SSDI in 2022 and of course because the Biden administration I was denied. That’s crazy because their doctor told me I was completely disabled. I was medically denied even though I can barely walk and have hyperglycemia because of diabetes that’s severely hard to control. Not to mention spinal stenosis in my lumbar region drop foot and osteoarthritis oh I forgot Gout too. So I hired Morgan and Morgan or at least I thought I did. But I filed the appeal for myself and waited and waited and was not contacted by anyone from their company. That was 2023. Unfortunately I was forced to try and go back to work. I was even denied Medicaid by the Biden administration because I had applied for SSDI. Sorry excuse for a human if you ask me. But back to work I went 1 job, couldn’t perform tasks. 2nd job was let go because I couldn’t do the job, (lost medical insurance caused DKA) 3rd job Fired for being unable to perform jobs (committed wage theft against me caused infection and blood clot in my leg) 4th job, had to quit because I can’t walk and couldn’t do the job. Was in hospital and had all my stuff stolen from my apartment. Now I’m unable to work at all. I started looking into my claim. Of course Morgan and Morgan was still assigned to my case It was still stuck in DDS for two years. I contacted them and they acted like I was starting over. I had my sister trying to help me and their representative was rude and told us we were liars. I fired them on the phone and got another lawyer. Well today they called back again and just sent me a survey. Let me speak to John Morgan himself because his commercials say he’s compassionate and works for the people. BS!!! Give me the satisfaction of seeing how much you care. I’m seriously contemplating suing them for causing this pain and suffering I’ve dealt with. Now I’m about to file bankruptcy because I lost everything and can’t pay for anything. Car repossessed evicted from my apartment. Left with nothing but a few clothes. Where were you 2 years ago when I was in better shape and still had a prayer for a better life. Where is John Morgan when you really are a person in need? On his private jet traveling the country playing golf. What a joke they are!!!!!

Morgan and Morgan for the people that's a joke for the money more like it and only if it's big bucks I had the pleasure of dealing with scatter brain summer and and attorney foot I tripped on city maintained sidewalk and saw stars I ended up going to the er they said I had a fractured skull well I got in touch with anyway I tried to stay in touch couldn't get them to call me back summer went so far as to say when they would be filing with the city then I finally got a hold of her replacement no surprise she was replaced foot should go too anyway they come up with so lie about I didn't send pictures we discussed them anyway a few months later they sent a letter dropping my case think I will send a letter to the board that oversees attorneys at their worst gotta go I get angry every time i think about the way I was treated

our slip/fall case was turned over to Posner and cord have done nothing in the last year. I wish President Trump could teach them a lesson. It's not fair for someone to lose out on money they could use for medical issues. Now its too late for someone else to take the case. Karma will prevail. They will understand what we have gone thru one day when they themselves have been hurt.

This place is a SHIT SHOW! Wish I read the reviews. Also extremely dishonest, I will be contacting the Florida Bar. Get your act together. Your generic response is a tell all.

After 7 months Morgan and Morgan decided my claim wasn’t worth their efforts. Now because of the delay in filing no one will accept the case. Not because it’s not valid but because they carried it so long and dropped it. The attorney who was handling it no longer works for. M&M. Clearly not at fault for this accident ( witnessed by highway patrolman) guess for the people only applies to how much they can get.

SO HERE WE ARE ONCE AGAIN. I HAD A MEETING WITH MY LAWYER WALEED RISHEQ.FEBRUARY 27, 2025.WHO WORKS FOR MORGAN AND MORGAN..NEEDLESS TO SAY IT DIDN'T GO WELL. I ASKED FOR SOME PARTICULARS. AFTER I HAD TIME TO THINK . I SENT HIM A EMAIL STATING THAT I HAD CHANGED MY MIND AND THAT I WANTED THEM TO JUST TAKE CAR OF MY LIENS AND I WOULD TAKE CARE OF ANY OUTSTANDING BILLS. I HAVE CALLED AND SENT A FEW EMAILS TO NO AVAIL.HE DIDN'T RESPOND MY REQUEST AT ALL. SO I PAYED. THE OFFICE A VISIT THIS MORNING. I WAS TOLD THAT HE WAS STILL WORK ON OUTSTANDING LIENS. WHEN I WAS TOLD THERE WASN'T ANYMORE. I WAS ASKED TO LEAVE THE OFFICE . I WAS TOLD THAT HE WASN'T GOING TO WORK ON MY SETTLEMENT BECAUSE HE HAD MORE IMPORTANT THINGS TO DO . UNLESS THIS IS HOW MORGAN AND MORGAN TREATS THEIR CLIENTS. AND NOW IT HAS BEEN 2 1/2 MONTHS SINCE MY SETTLEMENT. AND THEY HAVE BEEN PAID. BUT I HAVE TO WAIT BECAUSE THEY HAVE MORE IMPORTANT THINGS TO DO... I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD BE GOING THROUGH THIS.... THANKS FOR NOTHING MORGAN AND MORGAN

My adult daughter was traveling in another state when she was hit by a car, in a crosswalk, on a green light, by a fully insured motorist, caught on camera by the police, and severely injured. When I called Morgan and Morgan all the person who answered could ask me was, “how badly is she hurt? We need to know how badly she’s hurt. Does she have a spinal injury? If so, how bad is it?.“ I kept trying to explain that she was still in the ER that I wanted them to take over immediately, but I could not get a response. I had to call someone else. I was very, very upset and very disappointed in a company that I assumed was great.

I tried to give zero stars!!! The company is trash to put it lightly. I spend 3 months with them on a dog bite incident and am told they are no longer representing me. I feel it's because my case is not LARGE ENOUGH. BEWARE!!!!
