They do not follow up or give you answers. They do not refer you any drs that will work with you on behalf of their firm. They switch you from person to person. It’s been 6 months and I’ve had to pay out of pocket to get any help and I can no longer afford that so basically I have no help. I accidentally switched lines today with them and disconnected. I called back and had to leave a message. No call back when we were in mid sentence. They say they tried to call me since January again but I haven’t received any calls. ( That might have been my phone)They could have e mailed, However, because I had to pay out of pocket for any kind of tests and they were not getting my e mails they’re now saying any adjuster would look at me as not being proactive. It’s an awful situation when they couldn’t provide the correct drs to help me and now I’m truly screwed up. I expressed my dismay and frustration with them but they’re more concerned with reviews. They’re not on top of things as I hoped they would be They’re awful. I would never recommend them.

Terrible law firm. Only in it for the money. Never received return calls from attorney, case manager or paralegal. Unacceptable. Rude people

I had a motor vehicle accident. I specifically sought out David Noble of Morgan & Morgan in the Lexington, KY area. I had previously retained other counsel and that firm just did not meet up to the high standards that are necessary to litigate. Sure they were nice but that does not cut it when it comes to negotiating. Upon contacting Dave, I let him know the issues with the firm that I wanted to fire and also let him know specifics of my case. He accepted my matter and when I tell you Dave hit the ground running, I’m not kidding. He exudes confidence, speaks up for his clients, and moves the case along instead of sitting on it. My case settled in 75 days! Not everyone will have that same result but you will have the same confidence, quality, and communication if you choose Dave Noble for your personal injury matter. During litigation, you don’t want someone that can be walked all over, you need someone that will be firm, knowledgeable, and confident! Dave Noble of Morgan & Morgan is that man! I was never a number, I was a client and treated with the utmost respect! Well done Dave! Well done.

You hire an attorney and the entire time you speak to a case manager and a paralegal and they want 40 precent for their services.

They string you along and when you want info on the case suddenly the case is declined, even when they have the video of me tripping and falling in Walmart's parking lot. Paralegal claims because I can not specify what I tripped on, there is no case, wouldn't the video have picked that up? About an hour after the call from Paralegal an email from Atty. Mr. Gregory Johnson that the case is declined. This all happened after numerous phone calls complaining about how no one is getting back to me after sending numerous pictures of my injuries and weeks of monitoring my pain on Morgan& Morgan's app. Update April 17, 2024, trying to retrieve another attorney after Morgan & Morgan fell short of representing me, I feel. It is impossible! I have tried calling numerous attorneys and the Florida Bar, the minute they hear Morgan & Morgan they want nothing to do with the case. But they keep recommending me to continue my search for legal representation, does this make any sense. I'm sorry I ever contacted Morgan & Morgan, they just make things worse.

I contacted this office with the hopes that they would help with my daughter's vehicle accident case. The accident was over a year ago and she sustained a knee injury from an unlicensed driver who ran a stop sign. She is still going through PT for this injury. I was told the firm would handle everything. I have had to make calls to the insurance company to get the PT and MRI approved, reach out for the reports and send follow up emails to the law firm. I was told they handle all of this, but I have not seen them do anything. They can't even return my calls or emails. I have to send follow up emails to them when she goes to the Dr, and they can't even send back a simple received email. Our case is small compared to others, but they are supposed to be for the people. I just want to know what is going on with the case and what is the next step for her, and they can't even respond to a simple email!! Very disappointed with this firm.

We too contacted Morgan and Morgan as my 82 yr old Mother had eye surgery and they operated on the wrong eye. she had a good eye and a bad eye and they were simply doing a cataract procedure on the bad eye first. Well they did the good eye first and things went wrong. Now for going on 2 years now, she has to wear a patch , can't drive, and they aren't sure if any eyesight will be coming back in her supposed good eye they worked on. Morgan and Morgan stated she does NOT have a case and recommended for us to call the state board for help or the FSMB.Org for help. Confused at this time so Thank you Morgan and Morgan

They completely dropped the ball! my son was a pedestrian on the sidewalk and struck by a motor vehicle, and the biggest mistake I made was calling this large firm. If your case is not black-and-white, and your police report is not accurate to the incident, I recommend finding a smaller law firm that wants to investigate for you. They clearly only care about the big money and the easy cases. All these cases about people being visited in the hospital, don’t fall for it. After calling them, and them accepting my case, the attorney didn't contact us for over a week. Video footage after that point is very hard to obtain.

What a horrible Law firm! They run millions of commercials and will only accept clients that will be big pay outs! F..K that whole chinless family! Why they don't take the civil rights cases or police abuse cases is because they don't pay enough money to be able to buy land in Maui. Thanks for being a detestable, greedy organization that takes advantage of people suffering to pad your bank account!
