Stupid commercial equals stupid lawyers, The leaf blower one was the worst, But this new opening the potato chip bag commercial is also just plan STUPID. Did you ever think that us people seeing and hearing that bag of chips opening is annoying to us, Whoever you are hiring to write your commercials, GET RID OF THEM, (Burger King is always hiring) But then again,,,, It is Morgan and Morgan that OK'S them to be broadcast. Hard to believe all Morgans agree these commercials are up to par.

I am currently involved in a Better Business Bureau complaint on Morgan and Morgan because they engage in predatory and harassing behaviors by advertising to vulnerable populations that need help and then harassing them with Customer Service calls.

I asked for a consultation with Morgan and Morgan about a police brutality and civil rights violation suit I wish to pursue. The female who called me back was rude to the point of being abusive as she read out my request. She could not accurately pronounce half of the words and was obviously quite uneducated. She interrupted me when I tried to add details, screamed at me as she continued to read my request, and then asked if I had given MM all of the information. I said no, she said I had no business suing anyone, told me I had not been assaulted, then flatly refused to set an appointment with me. I later learned that MM is handling the workmans comp for law enforcement in my town! I am so glad they turned me down, but I suspect they have mentioned my case to the prospective defendants, their clients. Do NOT attempt to hire this firm if you have been brutalized by bad cops,they don't want you dipping into their money pot!

Wish I had read their reviews before going to them after my hit and run. They never acted quickly to retrieve data on the accident leading to the claim being placed against my insurance company. Now, I am in danger of being dropped by my insurance due to the size of the claim! Once they sign you up, you have to chase behind them for follow up or to even speak to the lawyer for your case. When I did reach the lawyer, she was rude and refused to listen to me-the client, or address my specific concerns. They follow a script to ensure that they get the most off of your misfortune and do NOT adjust their strategy to cater to the specific circumstances of a case. I would never recommend this firm to anyone! They are NOT FOR THE PEOPLE.

Very disappointing. (BTW, check recent reviews! Many recent complaints with excuses of miscommunication. That's a whole lot of miscommunication!!! Sounds like M&M is a complete circus and is as helpful as a box of rocks.) I called Morgan and Morgan law firm after I slipped and fell in the handicap bathroom in my hotel room because there are no grab bars. I was drawn to M&M because I am disabled with multiple conditions and have limited mobility. I thought with all the advertising using his disabled brother that Morgan and Morgan would be the place to understand my disabilities and have resources that cater to those with disabilities. Apparently not. In reality, my experience was anything but pleasant. From the first call, I repeatedly told their intake everything about all of my health conditions and limitations. I was assured by multiple people from Morgan and Morgan that my special needs, including home visits since I am homebound, would be no problem. And if not home visits, then definitely specialty transportation for my oversize wheelchair and a Doctor equipped to treat me while working with my disabilities. Apparently, I was lied to just so I would sign. M&M sent me to a Dr office(no transportation, had to figure it out myself) who ended up refusing to fully treat me due to my conditions. Dr said he didn't want me to break the Dr office equipment. That Dr wouldn't even order more x-rays because “it wouldn't show anything anyway though all the fat” as it's “been too long already”. The Dr didn't want to order the x-rays from the hospital as they are “low-grade and never show much” anyway. Again and again, I begged and begged M&M though every communication channel to resolve this. Morgan and Morgan bounced me around to multiple attorneys within their firm for months. Finally, many months later Morgan and Morgan determined I had insufficient injury and wanted to file for dismissal of my case. That's it. Nothing else. So, my suffering increased and there's nothing to be done about it. No other attorney will touch it now. I was humiliated when refused care due to my conditions. Apologies abound. Whoopee, I mean as long as they apologized, right? Now I get to deal with the ambulance and hospital bills, etc. All they had to do was say up front that they didn't have the resources I needed. They didn't have to string me along. PSA: Apparently, per M&M, Florida does not require grab bars in hotel bathrooms.

I enquired about a potential lawsuit for AFFF Foam class action. They would not give me any information. I was inquiring about what the process involved. They would not divulge ANY information on the process until my son's widow would have to sign a contract. I informed them that my daughter-in-law wasn't ready to engage with a law firm. Then they wanted to get all her contact information. I would not give it to them and here it is one day later and they have called me twice today, Sunday, still trying to get her information. They are unprofessional and are out to get you to sign off on their contract. I told them that I did not want them to call me or go behind my back and try to call my daughter-in-law directly!!!

I have seen all the advertisements and promises made by John Morgan. I contacted Morgan and Morgan in October over a Premises Injury Liability case as it occurred in Louisiana and I live in Florida. they referred me to one of their "partner" attorneys who called after a few days and said that they declined to take the case and would contact Morgan and Morgan and I would be referred to another lawyer. That was the last I heard from any of them, I sought another attorney to get a real response.

When you see all those endless Morgan and Morgan TV commercials, bear in mind that they exaggerate likely settlements for accident cases, in order to snag clients by inflating the values of their claims. Speaking as an abused former client of Morgan and Morgan as well as a retired law professor, I CAN ASSURE YOU THAT ANY LAW FIRM BOASTING OF BILLIONS OF SETTLEMENT DOLLARS IS ENGAGING IN MISLEADING & UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT! BEWARE MORGAN AND MORGAN, WITH THEIR INFLATED BOMBAST, BLUSTER, AND PURE BULL!

Worst attorneys I have ever worked with. My case manager never answer your phone the average color even 1020 times within the day. Try to get in touch with her to add stuff to my case but she wouldn’t even be sure to leave a message or email me and then five months after they dropped me and I can’t even get my file from them to switch to another attorney never use them.I am trying to go to demand your limits they give you a call once a week to let you know what they’ve been doing on your case and a friend of mine got $200,000 from a little neck injury that they got him.Even the escalating team does not answer

Due to unfortunate circumstances, I've had three encounters with this firm on three separate cases (workers comp, auto accident, personal injury). The 3rd is the only one where I've been treated with some form of respect. My worker's comp attorney was worthless and treated me with zero respect and nothing but contempt. He did not respond to emails or calls and made me feel like a nuisance anytime I asked for a simple update. He did not even attempt to guide me through the process or ensure I was cared for. Going with M&M was a HUGE mistake here. Auto accident: My personal injury attorney initiated the case and then said he'd be the attorney of record once it got set up. This was a lie. In fact, we never got to talk to an attorney at all, and my attorney stopped responding to questions regarding this case. An at-fault driver nearly killed my wife and daughter. Morgan & Morgan took the case, put us through the wringer, and then dropped the case right in the middle of it, forcing us to untangle a giant spider's web. Zero courtesy or respect given. They didn't care. They didn't respond to phone calls. They only sent letters. I don't know how they sleep at night. Opportunists. Rude people. Spammy call centers. Avoid at all costs.
