They only assist it if it works for them, but they’re not somebody that works for people they make it sound like they’re a holistic, wonderful down-to-earth company but that’s a non truth and Attorney is an absolute impossibility because it’s all based on garbage.

Terrible experience so far. I can't get my case manager to reply to any of my emails, call me back, or answer my calls. Even her supervisor did not respond to my voicemail. I'm not even sure anyone is working on my case.

I am writing to express my utter outrage and disgust with the appalling and grossly negligent handling of my case since my leukemia diagnosis in 2017 by Morgan & Morgan. The lack of genuine effort and the seemingly endless cycle of hollow, repetitive responses from them is beyond exasperating. It is shocking and insulting that after all this time, the correspondence I receive from them is little more than a series of thoughtless form letters. This treatment is not only deeply disrespectful but also suggests a complete disregard for the gravity of my situation. It appears that M$rgan & M$rgan is more interested in profiting from my illness than in delivering the justice and support I was promised. The unethical and dismissive manner in which my case has been treated is unacceptable.

They wouldn't take my friends case against a school system here when she was injured due to negligence by the maintenance staff but John Morgan is a big time Biden supporter so he helps destroy our country while making tons of money off the people's cases he does take on.

I took their advice to settle the 1st of 3 accidents I had in 6 months all with other party ticketed.i knew it was wrong but put my trust in Morgan attorney (refused the check to settle & it sat in state account for years). Morgan attorney’s advice was wrong & bad legal strategy. All 3 cases needed to be tried together. Morgan wanted to protect state because 1 driver was a Fl cop. After that, they dropped all my cases & left me with no lawyer. Other attorneys refused my case & said Morgan needed to fix mess Morgan created by settling 1 case. My employer did not want to pay my medical bills & I lost my job after getting awards for outstanding work. (My cervical spine is damaged and only a doctor in Germany does the needed complicated surgery.) my former employer has been sited by EEOC in a class action for violating rights of disabled.EEOC CASE IS STILL ONGOING. So my medical care for accidents is ongoing case all because of Morgan & my employer not wanting to pay for the damages (accident care desperately needed).
