M&M turned her claim down- no witnesses My Daughter while staying in a hotel in Houston Texas was walking down a walkway at night that had a step down with with no handrail or lightning. Broke her wrist and damaged her back M&M turned her down stating they weren't License to practice in Texas When I called because my employer of 15+ years dropped my life insurance without any notice because I managed to live past 65 and nothing else. Company reeked of scam vibes. Constantly transferring me to someone else. Could not even tell me what Subrogation was, which was the reason for the call. We fill out paperwork for Morgan and Morgan. I waited for a phone call. When the call came in it wasn’t an attorney. It was a someone that takes notes. It wasn’t paralegal or anything like that. We asked this lady if she had read what we submitted. She was honest and said no I didn’t give me a minute or two and I’ll read it. She said will you explain to me what happened in detail. So I did with the help of my wife. We had to repeat times we had to spell words for this lady because she didn’t know how to spell she didn’t have any medical background that is for sure. She said she would take this and discuss it with her group. I don’t even if the group had an attorney. When she came back, she said sorry we’re not willing to take your case. I said what is the reason she said we’re just not gonna take it. OK I hung up the next day. I get a call from Morgan and Morgan wanting to go over my case . I said well your group said they wouldn’t take it. If you’re dealing with Morgan and Morgan, I would hope that you’re dealing with an attorney which is knowledgeable in the area that you are making a claim to because it didn’t happen with us. I contacted your agency today and was turned down and do not know why. I work for a state agency and my insurance refuses to pay for a medication that I need to get well. The worst attorneys in the country! 4 years into a disability case, I've been contacted by phone 3 times. When I've contacted them, there is always a new case manager that is rude and somewhat clueless. At the 4 year mark, I reached out to them and was told that we would schedule a hearing. It was confirmed that a hearing was scheduled and shortly, thereafter, I received notice from Social Security that Morgan and Morgan has withdrawn. They quit and didn't even inform the me! After 4 years of nothing??! I will seek a malpractice attorney and expose these crooks! Please read my review and do yourself a favor and avoid Morgan and Morgan! You'll thank me later.
