Unbegründete Sperrung Lego Account

Habe jahrelang Lego Sets für mich und meine Kinder gekauft und war treuer Kunde. Nun wurde mein Lego Account ohne Angabe von nachvollziehbaren Gründen gesperrt - meine Vermutung nach liegt das an einer Bestellung, die nicht bei mir angeliefert wurde und ich mich angemaßt habe, nach der verschollenen Lieferung nachzufragen. Lego hat übrigens hierzu keinerlei Hilfestellung geleistet und die Entschädigung sollte ich bei Paypal eintreiben. So zerstört man eine Traditionsmarke. Nie wieder - weder Sets noch Themenparks etc.

Lego always provides superb products, great ideas and ranges too. The Insiders is also a great incentive too and there are many money off, items to win etc that is on there. Lego have absolutely amazing customer service and are always happy to help if needed. I really enjoy purchasing from Lego as well as building the sets too. Keep up the amazing work that you all do and have a superb day. Thank you for being AWESOME 🤩 😁

Insiders...what a joke.

With a huge fanfare...its the (rebranded) Insiders weekend. Problem is theres issues with their rewards program. You can see the rewards. You just cannot redeem. What a joke.

Dpd hat das Paket in der Mülltonne abgelegt- die Tonne wurde an dem Tag geleert! Ich bekomme das Geld über Paypal nicht zurück. Danke für nichts… ---------------- Update: LEGO hat mir ein neues Paket zukommen lassen :-)

LOVE IT!

I have always loved LEGO's but have never been able to get them delivered fast. Thanks to Trustpilot however, I was able to get fast shipping, great quality, and reduced cost!

Great experience!

After placing my order on the 05.11.23 , I was extremely worried after reading all the recent reviews. Luckily I did not have any issues. I received an email to say my order had been shipped on the 8th , with a link to DPD tracking which initially said ,they had received the details from the sender . I then received a further email from DPD on the 9th to say my parcel would be delivered on the 10th ( today). This was followed by another one this morning to confirm my 1 hour time slot. I was also able to track the delivery with my DPD app. My parcel has now been delivered this morning , 5 working days after purchase. A very positive experience with Lego and the courier.

I could have ordered from Amazon and…

I could have ordered from Amazon and received the delivery 3 days ago and £20 cheaper. 5 days since I placed the order and the delivery status remains 'just placed' the customer service is terrible, a nice email to see 'hey your product is in our warehouse and ready to ship'. Considering the scale and popularity of Lego, you would think such bad reviews would be addressed by the organisation somewhere? Clearly they are making too much money to care.
