+1 pour le sav qui est réactif et + 1…

+1 pour le sav qui est réactif et + 1 pour les produits mais 0 pour les envois. Toutes mes réceptions de colis contiennent des boites explosées. Dès lors que je commande plus d'une boite, le carton n'est absolument pas adapté et ne comptez pas sur la moindre protection de la part des conditionneurs, il n'y en a jamais et c'est pas la qualité du carton simple cannelure qui va protéger quoi que ce soit.. Je vous conseille de ne jamais commander + d'une boite chez légo en même temps !

Either poorly organised or not enough staff

You spend hundreds so think they would have enough staff to post it within 5 days. Take far too long to deliver. I recommend if the same price to use other retailers who care more about those customers. I write this as this has happened 3 times in a row now them taking an unacceptable amount of time to even dispatch.

Non ci perdere tempo

Un altra multinazionale che non gliene frega niente. Guardate che recensioni che è riuscita a conquistare! Roba che arriva rotta...perdite di tempo, scrivi mail, fai foto.... perché una azienda come LEGO non è capace di fare una spedizione come si deve. Buttano tutto dentro una scatola, senza imballi e ciaone! Quando glielo dici ti dicono che gli dispiace. Vuoi il rimborso? No volevo il mio Lego sano! "Mi spiace ma non è possibile" Non ci perdere tempo.

ONLINE RETURNS - AVOID - How can a company as big as Lego think it is acceptable to make their customers wait over 5 weeks for a refund??? They confirmed they received my return on 30th August, but as of today, 4th October, I still have not received my refund. This level of customer service is appalling and they should be ashamed of themselves! They clearly do not value their customers. I will never shop at Lego.com again!!

Sets die einfach nur teuer sind !! Ich habe mir den Lego Cat D11 Bulldozer gekauft ! Aber ohne vorher auf youtube Thomas Panke eingegeben zu wollen denn dort steht einiges über Lego !! Teile die einfach weggespart werden Den Pflug , den Sie Umbauen müssen usw . Also vor jeden Kauf von Lego da mal reinschauen ,,, SEHR WICHTIG !!

Terrible website for online purchases!

Terrible website for online purchases! The account/address update system does not work, the Paypal integration is abysmal, and customer service cannot even update your address themselves. Don't get me started on how terrible the VIP/Insider points rewards process is, especially when you cancel an order.
