geweldige service bij mij ging er een steen kapot, ik ging naar de klantenservice van lego en ik had binnen 5 dagen al een gratis nieuwe steen Bedankt Lego!!

Man verzichtet auf Instruktion auf Papier wegen des Umweltschutzes. Was führt zur Senkung motorischer Fähigkeiten für Kinder. Und selbst produziert Lego aus Plastik was zur Umweltverschmutzung führt. Doppelgesichter👎

I made a purchase on February 15th in the amount of 68.00 pounds soon after the purchase was paid for it was canceled by LEGO and until today they have not refunded me the money, a month has passed and until now I have not received the refund my money!! This company does not respect its customers! I've contacted you several times by email and so far no one has resolved anything!!!

IT MIGHT TAKE A MIRACLE

I've been a fan of Lego since childhood, am a Free Minded Builder, and have amassed a decent collection of pieces through pick a brick as an adult, most of them since 2013. My problem is their current recurring problems with their pick and delivery system. Bad enough they've separated pick a brick into Bestseller and Standard pieces, and you get Bestseller pieces way before Standard pieces. But then, I can't track the Standard pieces order because it's all under the number of the Bestseller pieces. Then, to go from 28 business days for Standard pieces to 40 business days tells me something is seriously wrong in Denmark. WAY before Christmas I placed a pick a brick order, expecting it to arrive before Christmas, but alas, I didn't get it till well into January. Currently, I have yet to receive the Standard pieces from an order I placed on February 4th. Chances are I may not see it till the end of this month, or longer because customer service says they have no definitive date when I'll get the pieces. Said they're working problems out with new system. Then behind that one, I placed another order, (foolishly unaware of the huge delivery delay) and I believe I may not say that order until end of May or beginning of June, unless by some miracle they get their act together. I currently have a partial build, started last month in anticipation of timely receipt of February 4th order. I'm a little beside myself with frustration, but it won't stop me from ordering. This review stands a chance to be updated at a later date... 4/4/2023 It's been 61 calendar days and 42 business days since I placed the order I FINALLY received today.

Lego + DPD = Rubbish experience

A week later and still waiting for my order. DPD email this morning said it would be delivered today, but on tracking says it’s delayed due to “unexpected issue in area”. Far too vague a message. Ultimately parcel has not arrived. Lego have chosen a poor partner for deliveries. Very unhappy. Shocking experience.

its not lego i have a problem with , but i pre ordered an item and 3 weeks later its still not arrived!!!! tracking says DPD have tried to deliver! Im house bound so don't go out !! I am now trying to establish when my item will arrive and there is no help it's disgraceful DPD shame on you !! and Lego use a different company

Lieferung völlig schief gelaufen, warte noch immer aufs Geld

Bestellung zum Valentinstag rechtzeitig erfolgt mit Ware "auf Lager" Drei Tage später "Bestellung bearbeitet" (ein Tag vor Valentinstag, werde in ein paar Tagen versandt. -> Anruf beim Support (freundlich): Derzeit noch nicht wieder da, aber die Bestellung geht in zwei Tagen raus, wenn neue Ware da sei." -> Wieso war sie dann erst grün / auf Lager? Artikel kurzfristig im Laden vor Ort gekauft. Stornierung der Bestellung nicht möglich, da schon in Bearbeitung zum Versand.... Artikel Tage später per DPD (unmöglich für Privatkunden) im Shop angegeben. Lagerte dort 6 Tage -> Seit zwei Wochen wurde er wieder abgeholt von DPD, Geld ist noch immer nicht da. Anruf bei Lego (wieder freunlich, immerhin): Die Bearbeitung der Rücksendung / Lieferung könne bis zu 15 !! Werktage in Anspruch nehmen. -> Einen Monat nach diesem verkorksten Versuch ist das Geld noch immer nicht da, in der heutigen Zeit eine Frechheit, war das erste, einzige und letzte Mal, das ich hier was bestellt habe.

Slow and disorganised.

13 days after I ordered a gift voucher it hasn't arrived. Three calls about it produced an offer to send an e-voucher by email instead. After waiting three days, that voucher hasn't been issued either. The call handlers are pleasant but don't seem to understand their own system, and those systems are clearly unfit for purpose.

Excellent customer service

Had a few orders online from Lego all of which have been despatched and arrived except one which has been stuck in transit for over a week which has been through no fault of Lego but the carrier's latest technology unable to read addresses on parcels. Customer service has been excellent regarding the matter , just a shame they continue to use DPD knowing they have a problem at their sorting hub.
