Brilliant service. Prompt delivery. Very impressed.

I purchased a Nespresso coffee machine from Hughes, unfortunately there was a problem with the machine. I phoned Hughes and spoke to a very nice and helpful young man, I confirmed my request for a return and refund via email. I packed up the machine ready to take to the post office, I received a reply email from Hughes the following morning advising me that the machine will be collected by DPD in 2 days. I have now received my refund which was dealt with quickly and efficiently, I would definitely recommend Hughes and would buy from them again.

Microwaves arrived next day and as described purchase on line was very easy. Could not believe it was so fast, thank you

Had a few issues / damage when it was delivered by arrow xl but Hughes as a company couldn’t of been more helpful they issued a replacement straight away an there customer service team are exemplary to speak to an deal with will certainly be purchasing more appliances from them in the future

Still haven’t got my tv and a phone call back would have been nice would not recommend to anyone .
