I found Hughes on line whilst looking for a new Kenwood stand mixer. They had my preferred KMix, in green, cheaper than other companies & free delivery. After reading reviews, decided to order. It was delivered promptly the next morning by DPD. I would not hesitate to order from them again. I am also super pleased with the mixer.

When I made my purchase, I opted for ‘click and collect’, but on the day, got a message from DPD to tell me to expect delivery at home . This was followed later with another, to say the item had been delivered to me, which it hadn’t. Meanwhile I had had a message from Hughes to say it was en route for ‘click and collect’. I went to the branch to enquire, and after a lengthy search, the item was found under the counter, not logged in, and still in DPD packaging. I imagine that the fault lay with DPD, but not a great retail experience….

Failed to deliver..received a call from the driver they were 20 minutes away..they failed to turn up and ignored my calls...I never received an answer from head office...very poor service!!!!!! Unreliable!!!! UPDATE And it has taken my review for somebody to actually explain to me which is really sad.

Best price I could find for the TV at the time and delivery was quick.

Poor delivery, Two Indian men spoke Indian to each other, then decided it was two dangerous to carry cooker 1 flight of stairs. Paid nearly 600 for a cooker and they can't deliver properly. I am in my 50s my wife is 60 and we carried it up ourselves. You should be embarrassed.

Delivered on time delivery was quick drivers were well informed. Have no complaints very happy with service.
