Still waiting for my parcel a week later. Delivery company is an absolute shambles. Spoke to customer services to said they have rectified it and changed delivery date but APC was completely unaware and still gave my parcel.

Easy to order online fast delivery and a great price with bluelight card discount

Nothing short of a shambles with the delivery company that Hughes Electrical uses; Arrow XL. I was promised a delivery slot of 10:15 to 12:15 and received a call from a driver saying that as the fridge freezer had been wrongly loaded onto the front of the lorry, I would now not receive the order until 3pm to 6pm. I arranged to take the morning off work, but now because of this, I have had to take the full day off!! Also, it is worth noting that my tracking link had not been updated to reflect the delay 🤷. So, I contacted Arrow XL via WhatsApp for a situation report on my delivery. I was astounded to learn that nobody could help as they couldn't get in touch with the driver and had no data at hand to confirm the movements of my order. I then managed to phone the driver of the delivery vehicle who informed me that the fridge freezer had been taken off his vehicle at Dundee 😲..... utterly shambolic way to run a company. Hughes electrical can do better than this. 😔
