Joint lowest price I found for the new model of washing machine, but with free delivery it made Hughes actually much cheaper. Delivered on the day I chose, given 2 hour slot on the morning so didn’t have to wait in all day, and a call 30 minutes before delivery. Perfect.

Wrong item sent, rearranged for an exchange 3 days later on a specific date, no contact and item didn’t arrive on that day. I contacted them to get an update and was then arranged for another date. In total 3 days waiting in for a delivery and exchange.
