Had a couple of email queries which were answered promptly. The delivery and installation of a washing machine was excellent. Have purchased several items from Hughes in the past and never had cause to complain.

Ordered same day picked up same day excellent service they even helped me loaded it up in my car 👍🏽

I have numerous items in the past but more recently I purchased a Samsung dryer - it was not installed immediately due to illness but it remained where it was placed by delivery guys but upon unwrapping it it was dented - I contacted hughes who informed me that you have to report defects within 48 hours - I was not informed about this if I had I would have inspected it earlier - sadly last time buy anything from them I had thought using local suppliers would give better customer service

Very good service apart from I paid £5 to remove packaging and it wasn’t done when it was delivered, luckily I had a tip slot booked the next day so got rid of plastic, cardboard and polystyrene !
