We were prompted by a friend to explore Hughes' offerings for electrical items and subsequently ordered online to pick up at the Bury St Edmunds Store. Not only was communication excellent, we were also met at the store with a friendly welcome. We came away thinking we weren't just another customer but there was a genuine desire to provide excellent customer satisfaction. This was the first time we have bought from Hughes, ( new to the area) they will now be our first point of call.

Easy to search and buy online. Collected from store, plenty of parking and easily accessible. A member of staff took the chest freezer to the car and help load.

My order turned up on time in perfect condition and the delivery man was helpful and respectful. The price was also very competitive.
