Price and delivery were very competitive without having to "sign up" for an annual discount package as other sites provide. Delivery was prearranged and arrived within allowed time.

Wouldn’t even give one star. Absolutely poor customer service—made it very clear they only care about taking your money. They got our order completely wrong, which I understand—mistakes happen. However, I don’t think it’s right that I have to chase my own order and then wait an additional three days for the correct one. Very poor service. They also ignored my email, as if nothing had happened. There are better white goods companies out there!!!

The entire process from Hughes is great. From the easy to navigate website, through to placing your order. You will receive notifications of when you will receive your delivery and you may get a call from the friendly and helpful customer service team. Delivery men are capable and chatty, I even had a follow up email from after sales making sure everything was in order. The TV is great, the sound system is great and what value for money.
