The whole process was really simple. I ordered online, and then received a phone call from a lovely, friendly lady to confirm details. I was kept up to date with delivery information all the way through.

What a farce! Arranged for my television to be collected as no longer need it, all okay, collection Monday. I then had to change the day to Thursday due to work. Customer service agent said no problem, see you on Thursday. Monday arrives and I have a call from the drivers saying we are on our way to collect your TV! I explained that I had rearranged it for Thursday. I thought this was the end of it until I had another call from a different delivery driver saying he was stood outside my house! You couldn't make it up. Lo and behold, and just as I knew would happen, no one came today to collect the TV. The communication (a severe lack of it) is absolutely shocking between the call handlers and drivers. I've seen better organisation in a playground.

Excellent price and value. The delivery was especially good. The crew couldn't have been more helpful - delivery to a first floor flat - disconnection and reconnection of washing machine and removal of everything not required. They even wiped out the area under the old machine which hadn't seen light of day for 10 years - all with a smile!
