This company is having a giraffe.. contacting me after all this time asking for a Review. I contacted them with a complaint over the quality of the product they had supplied .. they simply ignored it.. no I did not recommend Gardenstreet.co.uk & then Rowlinson's had to change the product ordered several times bc of severely poor quality finish. See older Review from July 23 Ordered Rowlinson Halkin Gate Ref: (WEB214035) on 5th June 23, & one pack of 3, Rowlinson Halkin Fence Panels 6ft x 6ft Ref: (WEB214158) on 6th June 23. Via retailer Gardenstreet.co.uk All products supplied were of extremely poor quality. Rowlinson agreed to replace. After receiving the replacements, I wrote to Rowlinson & Garden Street on 18th june 23, reference ongoing issues with the goods supplied. Rowlinson agreed to supply a second replacement for the gate but after multiple replacements, stress and inconvenience, during installation on 7th July 23, the second replaced gate was again found to be faulty because it is bowed. The Halkin gate lattice is larger than the lattice on the fence panels and not at the same eye level. We chose to sit the fence panels above kick boards, as is normal, to ensure the fence panels do not sit on the ground or in soil. The gate had to be extended at the bottom to achieve the high required at the top to ensure the height of the lattice across the fence panels and the gate were relatively the same high, otherwise the gate would have too large a gap. There are many knot holes in the fence panels and some of the slats are not great quality. In order to fit hardware to the gate for it to function as a gate, it had to be reinforced, otherwise there is no strength in the slats to hold hinges ect. My experience is the Rowlinson Halkin range is cheaply made and there is a high risk of receiving a poor quality product in fulfilment of your order which you will in any event need to make changes to in order to make it function as is advertised. My experience was very stressful and the whole process in trying to receive goods of satisfactory quality was exhausting and delayed the installation.

The solar garden lamp posts I ordered arrived fast. I built them in 2 minutes. I am delighted with their effect. Great price for a good quality product.

This company's customer service is outstanding. No query was too much trouble and the company went to great lengths to find us the right products. Eg I wanted a cover for our LG outdoor table and chairs set and I think it was Lucy or Emma who went to great lengths to find the exact LG cover for the set. The company also price matched and gave us the parasol base for free- a very good quality one at that. The quality of the furniture, parasol and awning is excellent.

It took 2mths to complete the order? I don't know whether I would have ever got it if I hadnot complained. No-one had contacted me to tell me 2items had got lost on the way or another had been delivered to 22 instead of 37. Poor service. I shallnot use you again.

Disappointed ordered a sun room found same for lower price asked to price match as per there website refused and cancelled order. Should not state such if not prepared to do so.

Ordered a garden set for my Mothers 90th birthday. Garden Street offered best value and happy to deliver. Delivery company didn't get in contact and I was getting anxious about dates when customer service got in touch. They provided contact details again to delivery company and a mutually agreeable date was confirmed shortly afterwards but email notice had incorrect data on it. The Garden Street team replied to my enquiry quickly and as far as they were able confirmed they had loaded the correct item. They reassured me given that I would not be there to receive the item and the delivery was a surprise so did not want to spoil it for my Mother that if anything had gone wrong they would rectify it. In fact delivery was on time and right item. My mother was delighted as was I and would recommend the company as clearly a team spirit amongst the staff and certainly would use again.

Delivery was perfect considering where we live. The two men who delivered the room were fantastic, very helpful and pleasant. We are still building the room but it is already looking good and I am very excited for when it's complete. I will be able to sit in it every month of the year.
