No where did it say clearly that the bin storage we had needed to be on level ground. Or the doors won't line up. If had known his wouldn't have brought this item and gone for something a lot cheaper. Just annoying that we had to get a handyman in to make it work. Which made it even more money

Purchased a seville gazebo from Garden Street no communication when it was being delivered arrived no one home left outside on drive pouring down with rain box was like paper when we arrived home. when we erected it there where pieces missing and rails were damaged contacted company and supplier got no reply from supplier so had to contact them again, they did get back after two or three calls sent photos of damaged parts they sent replacements again left on the drive no communication again when it was coming again parts missing and sent wrong replacement rails so tried a third time again arrived and left on the drive the parts that were missing were there this time but the rails were damaged again. they did offer to send a new one so i could take out the bits i needed and they would pick up th e rest to be honest i gave up in the end and now it is down the tip a waste of £400+ would use again No

Item was order, payment and confirmation were immediate with a 5-7 working day delivery. After 7 working days with no further communication and our order apparently still awaiting picking, I phoned customer services. They were unable to explain why we hadn’t received it but would dispatch another shortly. Again we heard nothing for 7 working days, although our order was now showing as dispatched. Further emails requesting updates were unanswered so again I made a phone call but customer service still couldn’t say where our order was. Consequently, having lost confidence that they could ever deliver the item I had to cancel. There appears to be no one monitoring the order and delivery cycle, relying on the customer to query - even then they seem incapable of tracking their own orders. Disappointed.

The first awning was delivered on time but damaged by the delivery company .I emailed photos etc. The Customer Care Assistant was excellent & arranged a replacement immediately by a different delivery company .That was perfect. The price was good & fitting was easy.So far so good regarding use.

Ordered some curtains for my Gazebo. Very happy with the service I received and also the quality and price of the product

Delivery never arrived. Waited in all day, delivery window was 0900 - 1700hrs, no contact from Garden Street or their courier. Totally unacceptable.

Fast delivery, easy to assemble products and good value

I purchased a garden canopy. Build quality looks good and I installed myself. Instruction were very good. Overall I’m very happy and the canopy has stood up week to a recent storm. The delivery packaging wasn’t very good. Some parts were damaged, which were replaced very quickly by customer service. It would have been nice if the canopy would have come with downpipes for the guttering. I bought the canopy to keep my patio dry and when it rains the lack of drainage outfall means the canopy gets flooded. There are solutions, but it would have been nice if this was included in the purchase.

Communication was great from day of purchase to day of delivery

The hardwood mini greenhouse arrived well packaged and protected. All the sections fit together very easily with all the pre-drilled holes lining up but most of the small screw holes for parts like the hinges and baseplates were out of line and I had to re-drill those, but not a problem. Overall this is a well made product and although quite expensive compared to the treated softwood ones available, the extra cost is worth it in my view. The buying experience with Garden Street was easy and straightforward with prompt delivery. I would certainly use Garden Street again.
