My computer delivery was way later than the 10 day delivery time given over the phone, due to shortage of cases for the build. The computer was well packed but a fan was hanging loose in the case along with two wire clips, it took some head scratching to remedy. The quick start guide was rather baffling and was supposed to cover a general range of computers, not very helpful to the non technical. Once it was up and running the computer performs well and I’m pleased with it so far.

Requested packaging delivery so they could arrange a pickup to send equipment back to my old employer. Somehow, they've sent the packaging to themselves at their Portsmouth address at the other end of the country. Delivery photo shows the packaging sitting in a warehouse full of other Novatech equipment. No answer to the customer service ticket I opened with them and now I'm facing being charged for equipment I've been trying to return for weeks, because they can't tell the difference between a customer's address and their own one.
