Excellent service! Novatech not only had the everything I wanted listed (even a specific case I wanted that other sites didn't seem to have), but they were all cheaper than competitors too! I was also had a pre-order of a processor, with a short delay (out of Novatech's control), I had all my new parts within a week! I contacted Novatech Support asking when the processor would be listed on launch day, and Support replied very quickly with the reasonings why it hadn't been listed yet. Overall extrememly happy with Novatech, the selection and Support :)

Novatech customer support provided freindly and useful help in sourcing the products I wanted and had the goods I wanted (a reign Defender PC, an IIyama curved monitor, a gaming keyboard and mouse and headphone and microphone set). The brief setup instructions left a lot to be desired but the Novatech customer support were very helpful and all was set up and working in short order
