DON'T USE NOVATECH! 1. PSU sold as new at full price 2. Arrives but seal sticker broken and another sticker stuck over it 3. I contact support pointing out this breaks the law as should be discounted as B-stock if opened but I paid for new and hear nothing back all day 4. Phone later to be told (amidst horrific, deafening noises from the marketing/sales - he couldn't decide what he was - person's headset) that the only customer support person has gone home but left a query with their warehouse that hadn't been responded to - I didn't want an investigation, just a simple offer of and procedure for replacement or refund 5. I reflect on service and the fact that I can clearly get a replacement elsewhere quicker and demand a refund 6. They organise pickup for the return fairly quickly 7. They send an invoice for the refund after another few days 8. I email again after another WEEK asking when I can expect the payment 9. They email back saying that accounts department say I'll get it within 48 hrs 10. Refund received 9 minutes after their email!!! Clearly no process, no communication and no competence. Case that was delivered at same time seemed fine and I kept but experience with PSU and not getting refund for two full weeks after delivery, and only then because I chased, has put me off ever using Novatech again!
