Amazing customer service, I contacted customer service as i was looking for a gaming chair, the gentleman who took my call was very helpful, went down stairs to the show room, checked it had the chair i wanted, confirmed they did. Later when i visited the showroom, the showroom staff took there time to show the chair and its functions, and seemed very happy to do so, didn't feel any pressure to buy just given the help i needed.. And then he loaded the boxes into the car, (i am struggling to lift or walk, so was very kind) my only regret is not being able name both of these amazing people, one did have light blue trainers

Great service ordered one day got it the next

As always Novatech excels with their first class service. The hard drive I bought had a technical problem and I had to return it to Novatech who checked it, agreed it was faulty and immediately dispatched another one to me. Wouldn't dream of using anyone else but Novatech.

Still COVID? With my lovely Novatech PC under warranty, I wanted to arrange to pop in the shop with an appointment for 15mins so a trained Tech, most importantly with the right equipment, could upgrade the memory. No dice. Post-COVID they just won't do this. Leaving the PC with them for days just isn't really useful..... Sad.

I ordered a motherboard from this company, it was a good price was delivered on time and in good condition. Overall great experience.
