First of all, I am shocked to see all these claims that this website is a scam. I’ve ordered from them 5 times in the last 3 months and I’ve had incredible service and 4/5 times incredibly quick delivery (even during the covid crisis). For one of the orders, there was a slight delay and when I emailed them they responded immediately and took care of it in the end. They offer amazing discounts and a great selection of truly niche products. For my first order I got a hand written note with suggestions on what else would be good. They often slip in a bonus sample for you to explore something different. What more can I say? I’m a customer for life now.

My package was sent to my sister in Australia (I ordered it from New Zealand) and it went to her house, she was unfortunately on holiday and did not get back 10 days later. She had a card to go to the post shop in Wodonga. She went in to collect it and apparently it went back. Really disappointed and frustrated as I now cannot find it and no-one can help me.....would you help?? Please and thank you. Jo Milburn
