Delivery time was reasonable (although I am an impatient person when it comes to fragrance), and the additional samples were much appreciated. The product itself was securely packaged and delivered in excellent condition.

all very good , only one little (very little) thing was that complimentary samples (well , one one of them to be specific) was different to what I chose , but it is just a small thing

Scent city was fabulous. I had ordered a perfume which they were unable to get in time so they had issued a refund. However a few days later; when they were able to secure stock they messaged me to ask if I still wanted the perfume! Both service and product were wonderful.
