4 stars because Bought 15hp chipper and the product is absolutely fantastic and works well. Customer service was appalling. Has issues with carrier and an incompetent driver. Felt customer service had got our money and couldn't care less and told me I'd have to sort problem out with them. It eventually got sorted and was finally delivered.

Log splitter ordered Friday delivered Monday. Problem with plug and wrong size wheels, contacted Forest Master due delivery of replacement items Friday. Service could not be better. Good quality item would highly recommend this company.

Super quick delivery.

An all round good experience. Good initial sales contact and genuine product selection advice, then excellent delivery of chosen 7ton splitter. But I struggled with installing the splitter onto the trolley & frame, and found a part on the splitter was bent. Customer service sent a spare with no quibble, which arrived a few days later, after a prompt from me. But I found the instructions for the trolley awkward to do, they are the wrong way around, and physically impossible. I did succeed though, very easily in the end, and am very satisfied with the end result. Light use so far, but I am very pleased with my purchase. If they fix the trolley instructions, so will you be.

We had a very good experience with Forest Master. Delivery was promised the following day and we received the log splitter just after lunch. I have used it for several hours since and, so far, it has proved to be well up to the job as specified.
