De nouveaux un retour de Forest Master qui m'indique un remboursement des droits de douanes qu'il n'ont pas payé sous 7 jours le 8 Juillet, nous sommes le 18 juillet, toujours rien, une catastrophe ce vendeur....

J'ai commandé le 21 juin sur internet 2 roues de rechange pour une fendeuse de bois. Mon compte bancaire a été débité immédiatement du montant. Nous sommes le 17 juillet et malgré une dizaine de mails de ma part, je n'ai jamais obtenu de réponse claire et précise au sujet de la livraison du matériel. Pour le moins, c'est non professionnel mais j'ai bien peur que cela soit plutôt du vol. Finalement, j'ai dû acheter le matériel ailleurs et je cherche maintenant à me faire rembourser.

Electric woodchipper is an utterly worthless piece of excrement. I have now tried to use it for a few hours, and I have had to repeatedly replace the fuse in the plug because every time it clogs, which is about once every five minutes, the fuse blows. I have so far changed the fuse about TWENTY TIMES. It is therefore unusable, because it would be quicker to manually chop the material up with a pair of scissors. This is a design fault. There should be a trip mechanism which can be reset with a button. There is what appears to be such a mechanism, but it doesn't work.

Having had a FM10 duo cut for 8 years which was fantastic piece of kit, only once needed to contact forest master for help, I'm getting through 20 cords of wood each year and needed an upgrade and decided on a FM16 what a machine,well powerful,well made and a brilliant service from forest master, highly recommended company.
