We recently purchased a Master Spa Legend 6 hot tub from the Hot Tub Superstore and their service from start to finish was excellent. All of our dealings were by phone but Ross gave great advice on the best tub for our needs, we have owned a hot tub for the last 11 years but the new one feels like a huge upgrade. We never felt pressured in any way to commit to buying and weren't even asked for a deposit. As with our previous tub we needed a crane to lift it in, we contacted a local company and got a good price but the Superstore sorted out the delivery time with them which was great. Pleased with the part exchange and then purchase of the new spa. Two guys removed the old spa and fitted the new one, very pleased with their work. Once spa was fully fitted, I did ask for some information, which was promised and never arrived. So disappointed in the after sale service.
