It turns out that buying a hot tub is not that simple, so I am pleased I purchased from a company who put in just as much effort after the sale as before. Quite simply they were trustworthy. Locating a heat pump is tricky due to air flow, and I am confident that I got the best possible set up due to the care of the engineers who did the fitting.

This is the second hot tub we have had of hot tub superstore there service is 10 /10 my installation wasn’t the easiest of ones but they rang and got another guy to come and help between the 3 of them they did it and what a excellent job they did most people would of just left and said it won’t go in there but not them

I wanted to add to my order, tried calling a number of times, no answer. Then i left a voicemail, no call made back to myself. I then tried calling the following day numerous times, still no answer. I then paid for next day delivery if before 2pm. I ordered at 1:30pm on the Friday. It didn’t arrive till Tuesday.

Great service . Was able to give the information needed in a heartbeat. Ordered on line and products arrived next day. Just brilliant
