I spent a lot of time looking at hot tubs locally before choosing to contact The Hot Tub Superstore, when I spoke with Rachel - who was very helpful. Within a week I placed the order for a Getaway 6 model and took delivery 9 days after. I needed the tub craning over a wall, and all other retailers I dealt with, said I would need to organise that. No such issues here - Rachel organised it all for me. Delivery was on time and the guys set it all up before leaving. Since then, I've used it daily with no problems. If you need any help - they are very easy to reach and really helpful. I'd have no hesitation recommending them to others - if fact, I don't know why anyone would go elsewhere! 100% recommended.

Original delivery of replacement filter went AWOL (delivery company fault - said they had delivered it but never actually came to my address - thankfully I could prove this by CCTV footage). Replacement unit was sent out after a few email exchanges with HTS. Could have been a bit quicker resolving the issue, but they were pleasant throughout and once the right person got involved replacement was quickly sent.

I got what I ordered online efficiently. However ... First attempt, I couldn't find my hot tub listed and, not noticing the box to search for it, I phoned the shop. I explained what had happened and she, no idea what her name was, told me i needed to fill in the box. OK. But I am sure she could have been nicer - "Oh! I'm so sorry" and surely, she could have taken my order over the phone. But she didn't. Uh?

Ordered wrong items but got refund with no bother really good

The same as all my previous reviews about the hot tub superstore. Great service and speedy delivery. However I do wish the packing was better as often my bromine tablets are smashed on arrival
