They are stealing our money. The previous company (Jonito Gmbh) is insolvent, it's only a question of time the curent one (Jonito Bikes, with the same address and management) will be insolvent too. I paid for a bike in May 2023 and didn't receive anything. I registered a claim in the insolvence process but do not expect to receive anything back, as this is now a clear scam.

If only they had responded?. Moral of the story if you live outside Europe make sure the items are in stock or be prepared to lose out on a refund and don't expect any communication.
