Swiftly received the tests I’d ordered, however I found the order process a little misleading as I’d ordered the 2 pack, on the understanding this was for 2 test packs - it wasn’t! It meant allergy/intolerance test. I explained this and they happily sent me another test kit for the confusion. Also didn’t receive any notification regarding the test arrival and had to chase up results. Again, quickly rectified by Blake on the live chat who promptly provided me with both mine and my son’s results. Truly appreciated this as my 10yr old son suffers from migraines and I needed to know his allergies. Now I do! Thanks Blake 😁

So far so good, awaiting results. So far the only thing that could be useful is a prepaid addressed envelope in the test kit to return the sample.

Får inga provsvar! Jag köpte ett ”kit” och skickade in det. Efter att jag inte fått svar på några veckor så kontaktade jag deras kundtjänst. De trodde då att det gått miste i posten och jag fick göra ett nytt test. Jag fick betala ytterligare en frakt och skicka in ett nytt prov. Efter några veckor och jag fortfarande inte fått svar så kontaktade jag kundtjänst som bad mig att köpa en ny frakt och skicka en tredje gång… Inga provsvar kom alltså. Trots 3 ivägskickade tester. Efter tredje försöker så svarar de längre inte i kundtjänsten. Önskade om pengar tillbaka men de sslutade svara trots flertalet mail. Förmodligen är detta bara scam-företag som försöker lura pengar. Skulle aldrig rekommendera någon!

The results are just so ridiculous that it's clearly a joke or scam. Not one item was relevant to my dog. Never eaten or even in our country. Do not purchase this rubbish.

It just seems a bit overwhelming. I eat well and I get that intolerance is not connected to how well you eat but what your body doesn't like but that's a whole lot of stuff. Also, things like 'corn flakes', as apposed to corn, isn't explained well. Also, you should be able to sort the list from most to least or vs. vs. to get a better picture

Take too much time. I got the kit 2weeks later after I order. Also I paid extra $10 for quickly check. But still I waiting my results.(over 1week after I mail my blood).
