Don’t Waste Your Time
I tried communicating multiple times through email, live chat and through the phone. I waited 2 weeks since I mailed out the test and the post office told me it should’ve arrived within 2-5 business days. I assumed it got lost so I emailed to ask if they’ve received it. Apparently they have and told me it was gonna take 3-5 business days for test results to come back. I waited another week and still nothing. Out of the 13 messages I’ve sent, they responded 3x. I was told my test was ready but they couldn’t send it out. So I waited a couple days to email them back. Someone got back to me to say they “sent” it. On that same day, I checked my main inbox, trash, and junk mail to make sure I didn’t receive it. So before someone tells me it was sent out at a certain date, please send me a picture that shows you’ve sent me the email from your side with the correct date. I will provide an email as requested for the picture. Otherwise, it didn’t happen because I received nothing. I just want to give you the benefit of the doubt. After almost 2 months of incompetence and lack of communication, I would like a refund because I didn’t get what I paid for. So to the person that responds, can you please tell your team to refund my purchase or send me my test results if that’s not too hard to do. Do not recommend. 1/5. Best regards.

Testergebnisse erst auf Nachfrage erhalten. Kurze Nachfrage wie ein Ergebnis zu verstehen ist, ob es bedeutet das diese Prozentzahl vorhanden ist oder ob soviel Prozente fehlen. Vom Chat an die Mailadresse verwiesen und von da völlig andere Antwort und bei weiteren Fragen soll ich mich an den Chat wenden.
Test très intéressant, mais patientez pour le recevoir.
Je viens juste de recevoir les résultats de mon test (commandé le 7 février avec envoi A/R), alors certes le délai est un peu long car il nous tarde de savoir, mais c'est très intéressant. Vous obtenez ainsi des informations sur vos intolérances alimentaires, mais également environnementales, vos carences et déséquilibres. Ce ne sont que des indications, mais on peut les confirmer ou pas avec des prises de sang. Ayant fait une prise de sang en décembre dernier, j'ai pu comparer avec les résultats reçus à partir d'une mèche de cheveux. J'avais opté pour le test à 45€ et je ne suis pas déçue car je le trouve vraiment complet, et je recommande donc à tout le monde de le faire.
Service couldn’t be worse if they tried.
Placed an order, website states “tests shipped with 24 hours”. 10 days later and haven’t received my test, or even a confirmation that my order has been shipped. Contacted customer service on 4 occasions, every time I was told “the senior department will be in contact with you”. Nobody has contacted me. One customer service rep assured me that my test is on its way and “will definitely arrive by the end of the week”, yet couldn’t give me a tracking number because he said he didn’t have one. How can you be so sure that it’s coming if there isn’t a tracking number? Lo and behold, the test did not arrive by the end of the week. Requested a refund, was told to email all my details through so it can be passed on to the senior department. No response yet. Absolutely appalling service.

I have given Test Your Intolerance a 3 from 1, as I have now received my refund. I am still waiting for my refund, which I cancelled within 24 hours, because I changed my mind on doing a test. I sent in all the correct information and I keep getting emails that it has been forwarded to someone else ((now it’s at the “senior relevant department”). Surely it does not take this long to get a refund! BBB.

J'ai adressé un test le 22 novembre dernier et je n'ai tjrs pas reçu le résultat !!! J'ai relancé avec 3 message à l'adresse mail indiquée sur le site mais je reçois des réponses automatiques !!!! Ce n'est pas sérieux et fiable ! J'ai perdu 45 € le prix du test !!!!!!

Got my results quick and was able to eliminate all intolerances and improved by health immensely. I would never have found the majority of them with out this test.
I experienced significant issues with my orders
I experienced significant issues with this company. My two kits were lost, requiring repeated contact with customer service. Despite assurances and apologies via live chat, they provided little constructive information and consistently claimed to escalate the matter without resolution. One kit was eventually shipped, but the second remains missing. The customer service's incompetence is evident, and I've requested a refund for the unresolved order. The overall experience has been frustrating, and I am awaiting the outcome of my refund request.
Avoid
Still haven’t received my results and the APP keeps showing critical error! After several emails and being advised my results have been sent, I still haven’t received them! Going to try and get a refund! Terrible customer service!
