I had problems logging into my account and opening the links in the email sent to me after purchase but customer service was excellent, really friendly, quick response. Absolute scam

Absolute scam. if you don't pay extra 10 euro for fast result, they make you wait for 30 days before they send you the result even though they had your results already. Just do a real elimination diet if you want to find out about what you are intolerant to. Their help talks to you sweet, but when you ask real question, all you can get is predefined copy paste answer. They are not able to provide you the output as requested language, you have to translate yourself and their document is quite bad for translation, you have to copy stuff one by one from document. You just get some results which is above %85, some of the food you never consume, but you don't get any more useful information which might be close to %85. So if this was 5 euros, I'd say it's ok, but not worth 6 euros in my opinion. keep your hair to yourself and send your picture to me, I can guess better than them about your health. remark after answer: 5 business days my toto. I asked every week until I get the result, I can't upload photo here so cannot prove that you are lying. Even I asked for refund and the answer I get is sometimes it takes 4 weeks for your company to respond and if I don't receive my results after 4 weeks then you will refund. What a coincidence I received my results exactly at day of 28. I'm sure you are not testing number of items as you mentioned, maybe 50 common items max. no one gets overwhelmed by some info they are looking for, and if you already have the info, just share it instead of acting smart.

Haar test is onzin

Ik deed een haar test, wat niet wetenschappelijk is bewezen, omdat de meeste reviews zo positief waren. Mijn bestaande allergieën kwamen niet voor in mijn testresultaten. In plaats daarvan ben ik zogenaamd intolerant voor dingen die ik elke dag eet of mee in contact kom en waar ik nog nooit een reactie op heb gehad. Verloren geld.
