Buyer beware. I received an email requesting my decision on a product switch because the item I ordered was not available. The very next day the company rep. sent the email that they were arbitrarily sending me the "other" product substitute. I did not give permission for that exchange. That created a return shipping problem. Too fast. Also, I am still waiting for two other items I purchased. Apparently, Starfire Direct did not have those items in their warehouse either. No one contacted me to say those products were arriving much later. I had to take my time to contact the company rep. Too slow. 6/14/15: Still waiting for my order to be completed, and still waiting to hear from company rep. regarding this delay. Is it back ordered? Is it lost?

I ordered and promptly received the Caribbean Blend mix of blues and green to enhance my new outdoor gas fireplace. Due to flooding, I received notice of a possible delivery delay. That was nice and understandable. The glass is beautiful!
