I knew nothing about fire glass. I called gave Eric my info and he didn't push or pull like most salesman. He took his time to explain evereything the average joe like me needed to make a informed decision. I was very pleased with his candor. Very nice guy you can ask for him at ext#112. Im sure that all the other are just as good but just in case. I'm placing an order tonight once I figure out the shape and color I like best. They have so many to choose from it's unbelievable.

I ordered 65 pounds of blue luster glass beads. They were received within two weeks as promised. The glass was sent from the manufacture. The manufacture placed (6) ten pounds bags of glass beads in a cardboard box. The bags were never sealed and left completely open, thus the beads were basically loose in the box. The five pound bag was sealed. The cardboard box had two hand carry holes on each side. Because of this, the beads spilled out freely during delivery. I contacted Dalia at Starfire. She contacted the manufacture and they promised to seal the bags in the future and sent me 5 pounds of glass for the loss. I was very unhappy that the manufacture sent the glass loose in a box with two large holes but I was happy how Dalia resolved the problem.

Placed my order but wasn't sure if I ordered enough.Starfire called me the next day to see what I was using it for and I found out it wasn't enough, just a nice company to deal with

I loved the costumer service they have given us . Even the did not had , the same fire stone brand that I order , but the had the same coler same quality from an other brand , they call and toke permition to send the other brand , if they wouldn't tell , I would have mever known . And they send me some samples of the other colors for free , so I can make my mind , on which color to pick on a biger fire pit , that we are Planning to make our self for our back yard . The Evergreen 1/2" is a Coke bottle green and it is stunning. All the samples were very helpful in getting it right. All easy.

Ordered 20 pounds of the Emerald Elegance mixed fire glass, plus 2 pounds of Emerald glass fire beads and satisfied completely. Now the fire pit looks like it contains diamonds and emeralds.
