installation went great, good communication throughout

We were pleased with the initial presentation and follow up by the office. The guys who did the fitting were very nice, even though they turned up 3 hours later that we were told. My only criticism would be that the items fitted turned out to take up more room than we expected, but aesthetically OK.

The response time in carrying out the repair to our underfloor heating was fantastic. The electrician explained what and how he was going to fix the problem, then went ahead and just did it. Before he left he tested the system to check it was working properly.

Josh very polite did everything I was told did water tank pump and checked all my radiators too first one since my system was fitted thank you 😊 🌻🙋🏼‍♀️
