My only grievance is that I explained my situation with the time how important it was to be on time, it did not make any difference . However when they did attend , they were very good.

I have been a customer of Senergy Direct for about 8 years. Their products have been excellent, in that they do what was promised at point of sale and reliable. Engineers polite and efficient arriving within the specified time frame. Customer service is excellent, always polite and helpful, not that I’ve needed to contact them much. Very pleased on all counts.
