I had a problem with my invertor then by chance I was contacted by SENERGY DIRECT about an inspection on my solar system, I let them come to inspect , I was told my batteries had not been connected properly also the invertor was not working, so they have put me in a new invertor and battery system which is working well , so i am very pleased, when all this was going on they kept me informed by phone/e-mail, the engineers turn up on time and their workmanship was extremely good, overall this is the best company i have come across, strongly recommend them to anyone who needs anything to do with solar.

So for some time I had been thinking of getting more from my solar system as it’s been 12years from original install. The issue I found is although there is lots of info online and many companies who nowadays deal with solar systems, next to none could compare with Senergy Directs expertise, accreditations and a variety of options fit for any budget. From the initial phone call I received (just a survey about my system) to the call I received after the kit was installed, I can say the staff from both the office and installation were incredibly polite and helpful. Very happy with my purchase of an upgraded inverter and battery backup from a year ago. I would recommend this company as although there are cheaper ways of getting this done, a year later and I wouldn’t have changed a thing as good customer service and professional expertise is truly priceless.

The salesperson who came was helpful and knowledgeable.the installer was efficient and pleasant. The person who called to arrange installation asked where we wanted the battery put but this was not passed on to the installer, so he had to leave the job to get the correct cable

Got a call from a pushy young lady who swore she wasn’t able to sell anything. When I asked questions she inferred she was an expert & when I finally ended the call as a waste of both our time I was told to ‘f..k off!’
