The Install went well with the 3 lads all knowing what their role was, It was a nice sunny morning so they could unpack everything outside and gave me the info to read. So a couple of hours or so later the install was complete, the sun had dissapeared but the battery was changing. They set the shinephone on my mobile and asked me to put the kettle on, I remembered that Ashley said I could watch what happened in near real time, but 10 minutes after the kettle clicked off the Shine hadn`t registered it? But having it now for a couple of weeks it`s easier to bob round to the inverter to check things, but find if I log out of the app, the next time it gives up to date info. But still it would be better if the app was updated to work faster. This week has been good weather and I was giving energy back to the grid by 1 or 2 pm so I have contacted my energy provider for a new dual tarriff. Ashley didn`t over promise when he called to check my system, just disappointed he started by knocking my loft inverter`s longevity, but all that stopped when we started talking batteries. So overall I`m happy with the system and the company but if they want paying quicker give the lads the facility to take payment.

Solar panels have some weird marketing around them. There's loads of hype around Government grants that don't exist, so I automatically had a scepticism around approaching a solar company with my genuine interest. I opted to gather 3 quotes (as I usually do) - 1 was via my energy provider, the other 2 via local companies. Senergy immediately had a professional approach and were happy to field my numerous questions around its viability and any grants (there were none, despite what we see advertised on Instagram etc.) that may apply. They offered me a couple of options and weren't pushy when I went away on holiday for a few days and spent a week or so doing my own research. I opted for a 10 panel system with a GivEnergy inverter and a 5kw battery...Senergy are also installers of Growatt, which seems very good value for money, however personal choice & my own research lead me to opt for GivEnergy. From paying my deposit to install was very quick; there were a few hiccups on the week of install completely outside of Senergy's control but they moved things around to minimise disruption, with the install itself taking 3-4 days. I imagine this usually would be a bit quicker but circumstances played against them this time round. I'd like to thank Jasmine for her continuous communication and keeping me updated during the works. The finished product works very well & the install is neat & looks really good. My thanks to Neil & Kieron who did the bulk of the installation work...both lovely blokes who work quietly & professionally but are open to a chat should you fancy one. Warranties, product information & registration was done pretty much instantly, enabling me to apply for the appropriate export tariff with my energy provider. I'd definitely recommend Senergy to anyone interested in solar.

Had the optimisers fitted to my existing solar panels. Very pleased with the results. I can now see on my mobile exactly how each panel is performing and the total power generation. Very professional electrician. Can't fault his expertise or work ethic. Worked through awful weather and wouldn't finish until all the panels could be picked up on the app. Went above and beyond to complete the work and it was late on a Friday too. Very happy customer.
