I had a battery installed by Senergy Direct in July 2023. Following a recent problem with my solar feed in tariff meter Senergy Direct sent an engineer who was able to promptly identify and resolve the issue. Excellent service.

They are a pain in the backside. They persistently cold call coming through the call blocker and badger away trying to convince me my inverter on the solar panels is about to break down and needs servicing. As it is a solid state device there in nothing wear out and nothing to service, it is going to work until it stops. As I am a retired electrical engineer I like to think I do know what I’m talking about which is more than the cold caller does. The day I made this post Senergy Direct tried and failed to have this post taken down. I also received a phone call from one of their senior managers, I think he was either going to try and talk me into taking the post down or maybe tear me off a strip. I’ll make no further comment about the company, just read the review and make up your mind

Everything went well in every aspect of my transactions with Senergy Direct . The guys knew exactly what they were doing in no time they had finished the job and cleaned up and removed all packaging and the old parts which were replaced .

The workmen arrived early and completed the work in 20 minutes! My partner did not hear them knock on the door but they were patient. The system is working well and there has been follow-up contact from the company to check that we are happy with the work. The receipt for payment arrived promptly.
