A shambolic operation I would not recommend this company. There are better more efficient companies out there.

I came to check a particular item which I liked online. Unfortunately that one was not the right size , but Istar and Brittany found a very similar one which was good on me. The service was lovely and they were friendly and professional. Would recommend this store to everyone.

I sent some of my items to sell Customers service is awful They hold my money for such a long time I have to call everyday to be paid and they were keep saying yes today yes tomorrow They hold people’s money and not correct at all Very poor service careful if you try to sell with them Still didn’t receive my money for my items that have been sold 2 months ago I asked them to have back my items…so far no money and no items back

Item sold over a month ago and still no payment (or sign of it!) Been chasing every couple of days after supplying payment details but now being ghosted...... will I ever get paid for the item? Who knows!

What a great shop. The selection of products is excellent, with everything in pristine condition and well-priced. Brittany and Istar are wonderful.
