Do not consign your items with this company - they will sell your clothes and keep the money - this is a fraudulent business. NOT TO BE TRUSTED

The day after I wrote my previous 1 star review, I went into the CSD Marylebone store to ask why I hadn’t been paid. The store manager listened to me and told me that I would be paid. That evening I got an email from CSD accounting showing I had been paid for 3 of the 4 items that payment was owing for and detailing 2 more recently sold. I responded with an enquiry about the 4th item and James from accounting, who is very nice and polite, arranged the payment almost immediately. He said they had an issue with their system. Not sure whether it was my visit in person or multiple emails that proved results in the end but you do have to keep at it if you want to get paid.

Don’t use this company. They are completely unprofessional and unreliable. You will get less and less communication. I have had to chase and chase and chase to find out any information on my sales and to get my money . I am STILL waiting for my money to come in from my sold items. They just ignore your emails and if they do reply it’s that they will look into it. I will not be using this company again and I wish I saw all these reviews before I did. I want my money that I am owed and I will be getting my lawyer involved .

Friendly and helpful staff, and easy ordering/collection system, but still waiting for a refund more than one week after returning an online order in-store.

I have exactly the same experience as any other seller here on this website. They don't make you aware that they have sold your items, I wrote endless emails. I still haven't received a cent, although they sold 3 items of mine... its a nightmare and their behaviour is illegal! Don't sell with them!!

Lovely shop always a good find! Helpful staff and in particular a young lady Layla was particularly helpful as I was taking a long time! Highly recommend. I’ve been a few times and don’t usually leave a review I can’t remember which date I went to the store but do go!
