Easy to use website, where items have good descriptions and photos and any marks or flaws are highlighted. I got a great bag, at a decent price, which was packed very well and arrived really quickly. Unfortunately as a consignor/seller it is not a good experience. I have found it to be unprofessional and as others have noted, the onus is on the seller to check if the items have sold by checking if the items are still on the website, as they do not update you once your items sell. There is no automated system in place like other platforms so after checking yourself, you then have to send several emails to ask for a statement and payment. This process can take many weeks of chasing. I do not have the time to do this and it is also frustrating to have to chase and to get no response for weeks. The longer the company holds onto your money the better for them and their cashflow, I get that - but it's not great business practice and certainly not great for the consignor/seller! It is also worth noting that the amount you agree to sell an item for, can be reduced by 30% as they offer customers discount codes and as a result the final price is affected. As they can offer a maximum of 30% discount it is good to keep this in mind when agreeing the price as it can be discounted from the day it is consigned (it is in the small print but there is a lot of small print!). As a buyer, a lovely shop with lovely staff in Notting Hill.

We came to the shop to look for presents for our daughter. Ekan was fantastic in suggesting interesting pieces to us without being imposing and instead trying to understand what kind of styles we like. She was super patient trying on the clothes for us. In the end we bought too much, but am sure our daughter will thank her:-)
