No hesitation recommending this company after a dreadful experience with another company on a previous sale and purchase. This was a sale that was handled well, ask for Chloe though, she is incredibly diligent, patient and explains everything in detail (and in plain English). The buyers used the same conveyancing company (obviously a different solicitor), which in theory should have made the process straightforward, however, I don't think the buyers ended up with the high professional standard that Chloe delivered to me, so please consider this.
