Unknowingly signed up for subscription without my knowledge
Signed me up for a subscription without my knowledge, subscription sign up is misleading. Just figured out my account has been getting billed without my knowledge, cancelled subscription. Never using catch again, when will businesses learn they don't win customers with misleading sign ups.

Worst website. Started off ok years ago, had good products for a good price. Good customer service and really fast delivery. Seems to have gone downhill quickly. I Ordered something months ago and never arrived. I emailed the seller and catch of the day multiple times with no response. Only get an email from them when they are trying to sell me something else. Won't ever shop on catch again

I've always had excellent service from Catch which is why I became concerned when part of my order wasn't delivered within what I considered a reasonable time and queried it. Catch launched an investigation. The goods were delivered. All round a successful purchase. I would recommend Catch.
Poor contact service
I'm finding them increasingly frustrating as you cannot contact them via phone - the number tends to consistently have technical issues and when you email them, they take a long time to respond. I just ordered something and realized I had ordered the wrong size but trying to contact them is just so tedious. Now I probably have to go through the returns process which is just as frustrating.
Absolutely dreadful
Absolutely dreadful. Ordered batteries 3 weeks ago- still "in progress " and no way to contact them for an explanation. Customer service is zero
