Very good communication and updates on the delivery of the item. Local couriers could have been a bit more efficient, however it is understandable with COVID still causing issues in sorting centers. The item was as described and is of very good build quality. It has done well so far in the last few days I have been using it and was a lot cheaper than the same product type from other vendors. Very happy.
