Great service. The only issue I encountered was the website was somewhat confusing. It did not go immediately to review the order before completing the sale and I ended up with an item I would have removed.

Avoid these guys like the plague. They are going bankrupt and it shows. I had a case against them, it said they will get back to me within a few days, then a week, then 2 weeks (each time me chasing them up) because an item arrived damaged. I ended up having to go through my credit card company to do a charge back because they just didn't reply. AFTER I filed the case they did and tried to fight it (seriously, fighting me on a case where the product arrived damaged and I provided photographic evidence and they STILL tried to deny the claim), my credit card company (American Express) came to the rescue and took a common sense approach and approved me when I showed them the photos. No wonder catch is going bankrupt and being shut down.

I purchased footwear and a shirt from Catch itself (not a third-party seller) last Wednesday. The delivery arrived quickly the next day but felt really light, and to my surprise, they just sent an empty box without anything else inside. I really hope Catch was not trying to scam me here. I have contacted Catch by calling and emailing, but there is still no resolution to this. Adding to the frustration, they are very slow to respond, and their contact hours are only from 9 to 5 weekdays. If you buy something from Catch and receive a light package, just be aware of this issue.

MY ORDER NUMBER is : 69796215 Appalling service and no response to 2 emails regarding non receipt of ordered ( and PAID for) item ! DO NOT order from Catch.com , you’ll get nothing and loose your $$$ ! I’ve updated this review with my Order Number and STILL NO RESPONSE . Don’t be fooled , they say they want to assist BUT there is no way of contacting them ….. I would like a FULL REFUND please !
