This is my second time on here only because I can’t seem to get my refund from them until their “supplier” gives permission. The item was ordered on 8/7 and tracking said left warehouse for a couple of weeks and after numerous phone calls and messages the item was found delivered on Canning Vale WA where it started out from????that was 2 weeks ago and am still waiting for a refund or at least a solution. It is now 17/8 and still waiting. I bought the item from Catch why can’t they refund why wait for the supplier . I am fed up and very disappointed with it all

Just purchased a trampoline and they cancelled my order and still waiting on my refund..I've tried calling 20x and emailing still no responsed terrible 👎👎 so please if your reading this review I better get my refund or I'll get someone to track you down and sue your company.
