I purchased a Chloe Marcie bag from Thahab. It was a very good experience overall. I was a bit hesitant at first because there aren’t a lot of reviews on this company and I hadn’t heard much about them. However, the experience turned out well. It took 2 weeks to get my bag from the day ordered it. The tracking from DHL worked great. When I had questions and contacted Thahab via WhatsApp, they responded very quickly. The package arrived beautifully packaged. I will use this company again.

I haven't made my purchase yet, I want to buy a Salvatore ferragamo cap but my question is if it comes with the brand's packaging (box and powder cover) or if the item comes with the packaging of the thahab store? Can someone help me with this question?

Do not use these if there is a possibility you might have to return an item as they charge an extortionate amount. I bought a jacket that didn't fit me so I returned it to them. They deducted the cost of postage from my refund which amounted to £78.40!!!!! this is absolutely outrageous and when I queried it with them they said they would refund me £10 - do not use this company

Excellent service and product

Every thing was great except delivery time.. it took forever to deliver to Kuwait! And there is no tracking for the order
